Staffing

Staffing is what makes a district great!  We must seek out, train, and retain the best staff.  That includes teachers, para-pros, admin, custodial, bus drivers, coaches, trainers, counselors, and supervisors.  I believe that teaching is an honorable profession and teachers should be treated with the utmost respect (actually, we should treat all people with the utmost respect).  Teachers are the people who are shaping our young people to be the leaders of the next generation.  This is a great responsibility and should be compensated as such.  For over a decade, teachers will be some of the most important part of our children's lives, let's ensure they know it!
